Winemaker's Sparkling Rosé – Fäßler & Salomon

This Secco Rosé is a particularly dry sparkling wine, produced using the traditional Champagne method, characterized by the delicate cherry fruit of the Zweigelt grape and an exceptionally fine mousse. The Zweigelt grapes, grown on terraced vineyards behind the old town of Krems, are hand-harvested and destemmed in October. The wine is then aged on the lees in the bottle for over a year.
