A blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre – an ode to summer! This ruby-red wine, with aromas of red and black fruits, comes from the
Australian winery Salomon Undhof and is cultivated on the Fleurieu Peninsula south of Adelaide. It captivates with the spicy sweetness
of the Grenache, the full-bodied fruit with black pepper notes of the Shiraz, and the dark, leathery character of the Mourvèdre.
It was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
